The Michelin-starred restaurant Operakällaren serves international haute cuisine. Operakällaren has one star and a full five red cutlery symbols in the Michelin Guide and is also a member of “Les Grandes Tables du Monde/Traditions & Qualité”—an association of the world’s finest restaurants.
Operakällaren offers a wide selection of exquisite wines from around the world. Nobiskällaren is now one of Sweden’s largest wine cellars, with approximately 2,500 labels.
Several of the finest winemakers are represented in Operakällaren’s famous Nobiskällare, which features completely unique vertical tastings of specific vintages that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
